Our Story
Hi, I’m Michelle! My journey in Early Childhood Education started in my teens when I worked as a babysitter. Later, I majored in Hospitality management and after spending years in Retail management, becoming a mom opened my eyes to the importance of nurturing my child's developing brain and body in a holistic way. When I couldn’t find a Preschool that met my standards for my first born, I decided to create my own, leading to the birth of Jumping Jelly Beans Preschool, my Education in Early Childhood Development, my own curriculum creation, and later founding Mind Lab Center. Throughout my career I discovered there was a big gap in effective Communication, so in 2020 I got Certified as a Conscious Leadership Coach. I am now excited to share my insights and experiences through ECE models.
Hi, I'm Rosario Aguero a bilingual Educational Psychologist with a Master’s Degree in Child Development. I have a strong foundation in developmental science and extensive experience supporting families through evidence-based parenting programs and emotional coaching for children. Recently, I became Endorsed by the Florida Association of Infant Mental Health, reflecting my training and commitment to supporting the emotional well-being of young children and their families.
